1. Operator and scope
This Policy explains how purchases and Services are supplied by CROWNSTONE PARTNERS LTD, company number 17452360, trading as Kiilln, through kiilln.com.
Our address is Dept 6956, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, United Kingdom, DN6 8DA. Contact info@kiilln.com for delivery or access issues.
This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Refunds and cancellation are addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. What is supplied
Kiilln supplies digital access to AI-assisted code generation, preview and code export. Purchases are one-off Balance Packages that allow you to use eligible actions within the service.
No physical item is shipped, and there is no postal delivery charge. We do not provide production hosting, managed deployment, domain registration or bespoke human development as part of a Balance Package.
The amount of Balance and price of the package are shown before you purchase. Balance does not expire. It represents access to eligible processing, rather than a promise to complete a specified number of applications or achieve a particular commercial result.
3. Delivery of purchased Balance
Balance is delivered electronically to the Kiilln account associated with the purchase after successful payment processing and acceptance of the order. Check the account you are using before paying.
We begin fulfilment following payment confirmation and make the Balance available without undue delay. Any specific delivery estimate shown at checkout applies to that purchase. Availability can be delayed while payment status, eligibility or a suspected transaction error is resolved; we do not guarantee delivery within a fixed number of seconds.
A payment submission, pending authorisation or debit notification is not necessarily confirmation that an order has been accepted or credited. We provide purchase confirmation that identifies the package, amount and currency.
Balance is delivered when it is correctly added to the intended account and available for eligible use. Its delivery does not establish that all future generation services have already been performed or waive any cancellation right.
4. If Balance does not appear
Check that you are signed in to the account used for the purchase and that the payment has completed. Refreshing the account may help display an updated balance. Do not repeat the payment solely to resolve a missing balance.
If the issue remains, email us with the account email, approximate purchase time, amount, currency and order or transaction reference if available. We will investigate and correct a delivery error or apply the refund remedies described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You do not need to wait a fixed number of days before reporting a missing purchase. Please do not send full payment-card details or security codes.
5. Generation and preview
Generation begins when you submit an eligible request and any required authorisation for immediate service supply has been obtained. The charging basis is disclosed before a chargeable action. Processing time depends on the request, complexity, service load and technical conditions.
Generated material is made available through the project interface. A request can produce incomplete or unsuitable code, require refinement or encounter a technical error. Where processing has validly occurred, choosing another version can require another chargeable action. Incorrect deductions and confirmed failures are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A preview is a development aid for inspecting generated work. It may differ from running the exported code in another environment. Successful preview is not a security audit, formal acceptance test or guarantee of compatibility with every browser, device or external dependency.
6. Export and use outside Kiilln
You can use the available export feature to obtain project code in the format supported by that feature. The export interface identifies what is included. Exporting code does not automatically purchase, configure or transfer external infrastructure, accounts, credentials, domains or paid dependencies.
After export, you are responsible for arranging an appropriate environment, installing required dependencies, protecting secrets and checking the code before use. You are also responsible for publishing and operating the application elsewhere, including its notices, security and third-party licences.
If export fails because of a Kiilln technical issue, contact us before deleting the project or account. We will investigate and provide an appropriate correction or remedy.
7. Account access, projects and availability
Access requires an eligible account, a compatible browser and a working internet connection. Account security checks or territorial restrictions can affect availability. The excluded countries and age requirements are set out in the Terms.
Projects are private by default. Keep exported copies of important work. A non-expiring Balance is not a promise of unlimited project storage or permanent retention of every project file. Any material restriction affecting existing paid use will be addressed under the Terms rather than imposed as an undisclosed expiry of Balance.
Before closing your account, export the material you need and contact us about any unused balance or unresolved order. Project deletion may affect the ability to retrieve files; it does not extinguish a valid purchase complaint or statutory remedy.
8. Delays, discontinuation and remedies
Where a confirmed issue prevents us from supplying what was purchased, we will investigate, explain the available remedy and provide correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund as appropriate under the contract and applicable law.
If Kiilln permanently discontinues the Services or ends eligible access in circumstances covered by the Terms, we will address the affected unused paid balance and provide a reasonable export opportunity where lawful and practicable. We do not treat the absence of an expiry date as permission to retain payment for access that we permanently withdraw without an appropriate remedy.
