1. Purpose and application
This Policy sets out the content and conduct permitted when using Kiilln's code generation, preview and export features at kiilln.com. It applies to your prompts, files, generated projects, use of Balance and interaction with the Services.
Kiilln is operated by CROWNSTONE PARTNERS LTD, company number 17452360, of Dept 6956, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, United Kingdom, DN6 8DA. Report concerns to info@kiilln.com.
This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Private projects remain subject to these rules. Exporting code does not permit you to use Kiilln to facilitate conduct prohibited here.
3. Fraud, deception and impersonation
Do not use Kiilln to create or operate:
- phishing pages, credential-harvesting tools or fraudulent login screens;
- fake payment, checkout, banking, investment or support interfaces intended to deceive;
- schemes to steal money, accounts, payment details or other information;
- deceptive impersonation of a person, business, public authority or service; or
- tools intended to facilitate identity theft, payment abuse, fraudulent chargebacks or concealment of fraud.
Accurate demonstrations, prototypes and authorised testing must not be used to mislead real users or collect their information without authority.
5. Personal information and confidentiality
Do not upload, solicit or expose personal data, private communications or confidential material that you are not entitled to process. Do not generate tools designed for unlawful profiling, doxxing or mass collection of personal data.
Use synthetic or appropriately anonymised data when testing wherever possible. Do not submit live passwords, private keys, payment-card security codes or other secrets unnecessary for the task.
Before submitting special-category personal data, criminal-offence data or personal data for processing on behalf of a business customer, contact us to establish whether the intended processing is supported and whether additional safeguards or contractual arrangements are required. Private project settings alone do not make any type of data suitable for submission.
6. Exploitation, abuse and harmful content
Do not use Kiilln to create, facilitate or distribute:
- child sexual abuse or exploitation material, including synthetic depictions, or tools for grooming or sexual exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate material or sexual impersonation;
- credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking or incitement to violence;
- terrorist recruitment, operational assistance for terrorism or violent criminal activity;
- material promoting hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics; or
- instructions or tools intended to facilitate trafficking, exploitation or serious physical harm.
Context matters. Lawful reporting, research or protective work does not authorise the submission of illegal material or operational assistance for abuse.
7. Intellectual property and content rights
Do not submit material or request Output intended to infringe copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, software licences or other rights. Do not use the Services to bypass access controls or licence restrictions on software or content.
You must review applicable licences and rights before distributing generated code. The ability to generate similar code or reproduce a visual appearance does not establish permission to use another person's protected material or branding.
8. Protecting Kiilln and fair use of resources
Do not:
- exploit a payment or balance error to obtain unauthorised Balance;
- create accounts or use another person's account to evade a restriction;
- bypass charging, account-security, access or usage controls;
- overload the Services or interfere with other users' access;
- scrape or automate access in a way that bypasses safeguards, imposes unreasonable load or uses an interface for which you do not have permission;
- probe private projects or attempt to access another user's content;
- manipulate support or incident processes through knowingly false reports; or
- reverse engineer or extract non-public platform components, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits and the restriction cannot lawfully apply.
Purchasing Balance does not authorise unlimited concurrency, unrestricted automation or resource use unrelated to the purchased service. Material usage constraints must be disclosed; we will not rely on an undisclosed “fair use” rule simply to erase a legitimate non-expiring paid balance.
9. Reviewing generated applications
Review and test generated code before using it outside a controlled preview. In particular, check authentication, permissions, data handling, input validation, dependencies and any functions that can trigger payments or other consequential actions.
Do not use unvalidated Output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person, or as an unsupervised safety-critical system. Necessary professional review, testing and legal compliance remain your responsibility.
Do not falsely claim that Kiilln has audited, certified, endorsed or guaranteed an application. We provide development tools, not regulatory approval or professional certification.
10. Reports and investigation
To report suspected abuse or infringement, email info@kiilln.com with:
- the nature of the issue;
- information reasonably sufficient to identify the relevant activity or material;
- the basis of your concern or, for an intellectual-property complaint, the rights claimed and your authority to act; and
- a contact address for follow-up.
Provide only information needed to investigate. Do not send illegal content, active malware or unnecessary personal data as an attachment. Describe the issue first so that a suitable reporting method can be arranged.
We may examine relevant activity and content where necessary and lawful to assess a report or suspected violation. This does not mean that every project is reviewed or approved before use. We handle investigation information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and may preserve or disclose evidence where lawfully required.
11. Enforcement and review
Depending on seriousness and context, we may refuse a request, restrict a feature, require corrective action, remove unlawful material, suspend access or terminate an account. We aim to take proportionate action and explain the reason where lawful and appropriate.
Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm, protect security, preserve an investigation or comply with the law. Where appropriate, we will allow an opportunity to correct a remediable breach.
You may request review by emailing info@kiilln.com with the account details and reasons you believe the decision is incorrect. We will consider relevant information; a report or automated flag is not conclusive proof of misconduct.
Suspension, termination, Project Content and unused paid Balance are handled under the Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Enforcement does not automatically cancel statutory rights or justify confiscating an unrelated legitimate balance.
